Texas (AP) — Retail gasoline prices across Texas slipped a penny this week. AAA Texas on Thursday reported the average price per gallon at the pump was $2.34. Nationally, gasoline prices declined by 2 cents, to reach $2.53. Houston had the cheapest gasoline in Texas, at $2.28 a gallon.
