McDonalds loses McCurry trademark battle

For the past eight years McDonalds has been fighting the proprietors of McCurry, claiming the name of the restaurant breached the fast food giant's trademark. Today the Federal Court ruled that McDonalds did not have exclusive rights to use the prefix 'Mc'.
