Florida man sued over Batman character figurines
A Florida man is being sued by DC Comics for selling figurines that resemble Batman characters. John Stacks started selling the resin kit figurines about a decade ago. He says they are made to resemble actors from the 1960s "Batman" television series, and that he's earned about $3,000 in sales.
