Anwar sodomy trial begins in Malaysia

It is the second time Mr Anwar has faced allegations of sodomy. The prosecution alleges that in June of last year Mr Anwar had sex with a 23-year-old man, who worked as a campaign aide. Homosexual relationships are illegal in predominantly-Muslim Malaysia.
