Militants, police killed in southern Russia

Russian authorities said a bomb blast has killed a policeman and three militants and a soldier have died in a shootout in the country's perilous North Caucasus region. Police in Chechnya said the blast occurred in the capital, Grozny, late Monday and also injured six police officers.
