Elbert County and east central Douglas County until 2:15 p.m. and at least one tornado has already touched down. A huge thunderstorm is in the area that is capable of producing more tornadoes. At 1:35 p.m. a tornado was spotted on the ground 5 miles south of Elizabeth.
