Travis, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of shooting with intent to kill. Travis shot and wounded Keith Tull on Feb. 7 at an apartment complex in the 1300 block of East 63rd Street, police reported. Travis also fired a shot that missed another man, evidence showed.
