Philippines-Navy Lieutenant Senior Grade Nancy Gadian on Thursday personally appeared before the Court of Appeals in connection with the writ of amparo filed by her sister. The Court reset the hearing and gave Gadian's lawyers 72 more hours to submit additional information.
