New Brunswick rules and offer all services in that province in French and English, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled on Friday. The court heard the case of Marie-Claire Paulin, a French-speaking woman who was stopped for speeding on a highway near Woodstock, northwest of Fredericton, in 2000.
