Energy Secretary Steven Chu is expected at Long Island 's Brookhaven National Laboratory. He plans to make what advisers say is a major funding announcement. Congressman Tim Bishop , whose district includes the lab, is expected to join the secretary Monday afternoon for a tour of the facility.
