Top court upholds deportation order

The Supreme Court of Canada has upheld the deportation to India of a man who killed a woman while street racing. In a 7-1 ruling, the justices set aside a Federal Court of Appeal ruling which ordered the government to reconsider the deportation of Sukhvir Singh Khosa.
