The Ugandan army says Ugandan rebels torched a Catholic church crowded with worshippers in eastern Congo, killing some people inside. An army spokesman says troops in neighbouring Congo reported that the Lord's Resistance Army rebels set a church on fire Saturday night in the town of Tora.
