One of Guam's prolific Chamorro musicians, Frank Matagolai "Bokonggo" Pangelinan, died Thursday. He was 54. For more than three decades, Pangelinan wrote numerous songs and produced many records for many of Guam's musicians. Since 1982, Pangelinan, affectionately known as “Bokonggo,” had worked on at least 40 records, according to Pacific Daily News files. Read full News at Pacific Daily News
