The Prime Minister has touched down in Lima ahead of talks with several world leaders, including Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono tomorrow. Mr Key's arrival has been buoyed by a decision by the US, Australia and Peru to look at forming a free trade agreement with the P4.
