Rep. Tom Price (Ga.) was nominated to succeed Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman Jeb Hensarling (Texas), Price's office confirmed Wednesday. Price secured the blessing of the group’s founders over Rep. Marsha Blackburn (Tenn.), who had also expressed interest in the post.
