Members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals plan to unfurl a banner reading "Thanksgiving Is Murder On Turkeys" on an Interstate 40 overpass in Cary on Thursday afternoon...Old Reedy Creek Road overpass over I-40, just west of the Harrison Avenue interchange.
