World Court to hear Croatian genocide case
The International Court of Justice ruled Tuesday it has jurisdiction to hear Croatia's charges of Serbian genocide during the breakup of Yugoslavia. The court, the highest legal body of the United Nations, will now consider whether Croatia's claim has any merit, a U.N. statement said.
