Bodies of two Palestinian militants lay near mortar launcher in Gaza

Israel planned to allow humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip despite continuing rocket attacks. At least eight Kassam rockets struck in the western Negev Monday. No one was injured but several homes on a kibbutz in the Eshkol Regional Council sustained damage, according to Ynet.
