Rosemont, Des Plaines, Waukegan casino finalists
If state regulators are concerned about alleged past links between the mob and the village of Rosemont, they apparently got over them Friday, naming it -- along with Des Plaines and Waukegan-- as the three remaining competitors to host the state's 10th casino license.
