Microsoft Corporation is suing Kiryat Yam Municipality in Haifa Bay for NIS 500,000, for allegedly using unlicensed programs such as Windows and Office software packages. The claim was filed in Israel by Business Software Alliance (BSA), which is the license enforcement arm of Microsoft.
