Shelton seeks $159K from FEMA
It cost Shelton State Community College nearly $159,000 to house more than 500 evacuees during Hurricane Gustav in September, more than officials thought the price tag would be for turning the college into a disaster shelter. But, then again, nothing went as planned that first week of September.
