Zardari for proactive approach in disaster mitigation
President Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday said that only proactive approach can help in reducing the impacts of natural and man made disasters. President emphasised that prevention and mitigation should be the frontline of policy in disaster management followed by relief and rescue.
