Maoist army reshuffle plan dealt fresh blow
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda", who till two months ago was also the supreme commander of the guerrilla People's Liberation Army (PLA), had announced this week that a special committee would be formed by Wednesday to begin the controversial reintegration process.
