Judge OKs release of text messages, pending appeal
Wayne County Circuit Judge Timothy Kenny rejected arguments Monday that the contents could spoil the jury pool for Christine Beatty's criminal trial. But he also said some of the messages will remain under seal because they may contain communications between attorney and client or spouses.
