Citigroup Prevails in Parmalat Case
Parmalat SpA's $2.2 billion lawsuit alleging the banking giant contributed to its bankruptcy in 2003. The jury granted counterclaims of $364 million to Citigroup in the case, which was being heard in Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey.
