he Quorum Court Budget Committee has approved a resolution to send to U...Blanche Lincoln, D-Arkansas, and Mark Pryor, D-Arkansas, opposing the proposed $ 700 billion financial bailout. The committee approved the basic points they wanted in the resolution but did not approve a paper form of it because the matter came up at the end of the meeting and was unplanned.
