Barring a last-minute change of mind that even Taj Gibson said is unlikely, the fourth-year Chicago Bulls forward will not agree to a contract extension by the 10:59 p.m. deadline. That means Gibson, 27, will be a restricted free agent at season's end. FULL ARTICLE AT Chicago Tribune
