Maritz Research partners with veteran software provider to dive deeper into data.

Maritz Research today announced the release of Capella Tabulation, the newest addition to Capella™, Maritz’ end-to-end customer experience management system. In partnership with veteran analytic software provider Productive Access, Inc. (PAI), Capella Tabulation allows the end user to dive into their customer experience metrics by providing custom queries, unlimited variable selection with unmatched flexibility and speed in computation.

“This tool is fast. It can literally run through millions of cases in seconds and handle very complex filtering and tabulation tiering but is also very intuitive. An average business analyst can become very proficient with it in about an hour,” said Dave Fish, SVP Marketing and Product Development at Maritz Research.

PAI has a long history of serving the research community and providing high-end analytic applications. “We think this partnership will give the power user in customer experience trackers what they have been wanting for a while; the ability to slice and dice data in any way they want, not just in predefined filters or tabs,” said Brad Hontz, co-owner of PAI.

The other co-owner of PAI, John Doyle, says this partnership offers something new to the market. “While we have been serving the research community for over 20 years, this is the first time we have a direct application exclusively for the customer experience market. We are very excited about this new direction for both of our organizations,” according to Doyle.

Capella Tabulation represents a milestone in the continuing development and investment in Capella. It extends the system’s capability to bring not only ease of use for channel managers, for example at a local bank branch or auto dealership, but gives the customer insight group at the corporate level the power and flexibility they demand.
