A Seattle attorney who was elected to serve as a King County Superior Court Judge has died...Presiding Judge Richard McDermott confirmed to The Seattle Times ( http://is.gd/qBlGEF ) that Scott Johnson died. Johnson's colleague at Stokes Lawrence law firm, Carolyn Cairns, said Johnson died early Saturday of a heart attack while on business in Yakima...McDermott called it "a tragic loss for his family and for the court."
