This fourth annual Virginia Women's Business Conference features business women from the Washington, DC, region speaking on subjects which include networking, leadership, sales and marketing, change management, forming an advisory board and smart phone applications. There will also be a Million Dollar panel discussion by three women business owners who have reached $10 million in sales and beyond. Greater DC will spread our reach to even more women in Northern Virginia and Metro DC," said Tina Johnson, co-founder of the conference and president and CEO of JP Events & Consulting. Last year's conference drew an attendance of more than 400 business women.

The Virginia Women's Business Conference was launched in 2008 by Tina Johnson, president and CEO of JP Events & Consulting, and Kristina Bouweiri, CEO of Reston Limousine. The all-day conference was an expansion of the Sterling Women monthly lunch meetings founded by Bouweiri in 2008. The Virginia Women's Business Conference has expanded from an attendance of 280 in its first year to over 400 last year.
