Classes include candlelight yoga, Power Vinyasa Flow, and Power Hour. All are inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste, founder of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. YogaBliss owner Kristen Fleming is one of only a handful of yoga instructors in the Chicago area who are certified by Baptiste. Prices range from individual drop-ins rates to unlimited monthly and yearly memberships. YogaBliss offers discounts to students and University Village Marketplace employees.
