Teddy Gets Tackled by a Panther at Nats Presidents Race
Teddy Roosevelt is doing well at the Washington Nationals Presidents Race, then an animal comes out of the stands and tackles him. Apparently the critter is called "That Cat" I don't know why the sound is messed up.
