Dealer Lead Track populates incoming leads from various sources such as autotrader.com, cars.com, eBay motors, autobytel and email. The automatic process improves staff efficiency and customer response times.
With such large volumes and different formats of emails such as text and XML, from the varying advertising sources Dealer Lead Track quickly identified that Email2DB by Parker Software was the ideal solution for automatically processing these emails, parsing the data and automatically pushing this information into the Dealer Lead Track CRM/ILM.
Since implementing Email2DB, Dealer Lead Track has successfully been able to parse a number of common fields from each email received and standardize the information that is now automatically pushed into their database. Prior to the implementation of the solution sales staff were required to manually copy and paste information from different email formats, which was not only counterproductive and costly, but was also subject to errors and omissions.
