International observers arrive to Belarus. Heads of the CIS observation mission and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly mission Sergey Lebedev and Tony Lloyd were met in Minsk today. They will get acquainted with work of election commissions in regions. The Central Electoral Committee of Belarus has accredited 1015 international observers for work during the presidential election. They are representatives of OSCE ODIHR, the CIS, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, and also independent observers who, as a rule, are known foreign politicians who work out of missions and give a personal, independent estimate on elections.
