Dial An Exchange Europe has recently announced the opening of a new Customer Service Center in Bulgaria to serve members across Eastern Europe in countries including Russia, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. Dial An Exchange(DAE) is one of the world’s largest independent timeshare exchange organizations.
Families who currently enjoy shared ownership products across Eastern Europe will be able to enhance their holiday experiences through the extensive range of exchanges, bonus time and rental weeks offered by DAE.
Added Oliver Green, Managing Director of DAE Europe, “The opening of our third office in Europe further underlines our commitment to provide our constantly growing membership base with the best customer service in the industry. Our Eastern European members will now be able to discuss their holiday requirements in their own language with holiday consultants who intimately understand the market in the region in which they reside.
Francis Taylor, CEO of DAE continues, “At the same time, resorts across Eastern Europe will benefit from a dedicated team that is able to react flexibly and quickly to meet their specific needs. Dial An Exchange Eastern Europe represents an exciting edition to our global DAE family.”
Directors Smilena Popova and Gareth Edwards, who have over 30 years of combined experience in the shared ownership industry, are leading Dial An Exchange Eastern Europe. Popova, who will guide the administration and customer care teams, stated, ”Our goal is to make our clients’ vacation experience the best it can be,” a theme that is consistent across DAE’s ten worldwide award-winning customer service centres.
She continued, “The opening of DAE’s 10th international customer service centre also represents positive news for existing members who will benefit from the availability of many new holiday destinations. Within the next few years, several vibrant European holiday destinations will be made available to DAE members … from skiing in the Bulgarian mountains, relaxing on stunning Black Sea beaches, to enjoying historical sites in the Greek Islands and Turkey.
Today DAE is the world’s largest privately owned timeshare exchange provider with worldwide destination availability, an extensive network of corporate customers, and a nearly 450,000-member base. Offices are located in the United Kingdom, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, China, India, South Africa, Italy and now Eastern Europe. DAE membership is free and exchange fees are not charged until an exchange is confirmed.
