2003 - Former CIA Director on Targeting Saudi Arabia, Mubarak, Syria, and Libya

In 2003, former CIA Director, James Woolsey, commented on targeting Arab regimes and being on the side of the Arab people. Interesting comments in light of the events that unfolded in early 2011. February 12, 2003: Americans For Victory Over Terrorism gave a presentation at Columbia University in New York City. The program was called "Iraq And The War On Terrorism." Among the topics they addressed were past terrorist events, patterns of terrorism, the role of religious extremism, and present and future nature of terrorist threats. They also talked about the specific nature of the threat from Iraq's maintenance of the Hussein regime. Following their remarks they answered questions from students in the audience.
