Glenn Hunt THE number of home loans approved in July fell 1 per cent to 44,804, suggesting the slowdown in the housing sector is far from over. Bureau of Statistics figures released yesterday show the total value of housing finance fell 1.8 per cent during the month, seasonally adjusted, to $20.05 billion....     The Age
    Within the total, home loan approvals fell by 1 per cent, seasonally adjusted, as flagged by housing finance data on Monday. Advertisement Commercial finance approvals, which includes lending for investment housing, was down by 5 per cent in July.
