Controversial US military aircraft arrives in Japan
Shipments of the US military's controversial MV-22 aircraft, also known as the Osprey, have arrived in Iwakuni Japan, and are bound for the US' Futenma Air Station in densely populated Okinawa Prefecture, according to Japanese media reports. Public opposition to the bulky hybrid aircraft has been intense, with the Japanese government taking a rather submissive stance on the issue.
