Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos has dismissed a ceasefire proposal from the leftist rebel group FARC. Santos ordered government forces to intensify an offensive against FARC ahead of planned peace talks in October. Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports from Bogota.
