DPP proposal to insure Chinese students raises eyebrows
When Su Tseng-chang took over as DPP chairman, he was determined to give the party a new China policy. One indication of the direction he plans to move came when a DPP lawmaker suggested letting Chinese students in Taiwan join the National Health Insurance program.
