According to the report, released Friday by the Japan Transport Safety Board, the jet en route from Naha, Okinawa, to Tokyo's Haneda airport was flying at about 12,500 meters over the Pacific on Sept. 6 when it suddenly rolled and dived about 1,900 meters in 30 seconds, injuring two flight attendants....
