INSKINCOSMEDICS terminates partnership with L.A based Sircuit Cosmeceuticals

The agreement was officially dissolved as of the 15th August 2012 after Inskincosmedics gave Sircuit Cosmeceuticals notice, that due to failure to reach a win-win agreement and concerns with the ‘made better’ product reformulation, they would not be continuing their relationship of five years.

At the time it was new, exciting, original and inspirational...Six months ago in one phone call we were advised that Sircuit Cosmeceuticals had reformulated their entire retail and professional range and were then introduced to the ‘made better’ campaign. As we slowly gained knowledge and experience of the new products we decided it was no longer in line with our long term product offer strategy."

Inskincosmedics has invested heavily into Sircuit Cosmeceuticals over the last five years and has developed a strong and renowned presence in the Australian market hence the decision to part was not taken lightly.

In the last couple of years Inskincosmedics has secured its presence and market share by taking strong steps to protect its salon partners, being transparent in their actions and directions, decisions including but not limited to online protection, promotional activity, profitability and a salon only focus has been the driving force behind its benchmark offering. Brands that do not support this offer simply do not have a place in the Inskincosmedics portfolio.
