A Norwegian court has declared Anders Behring Breivik sane, and sentenced him to 21 years in jail for the murder of 77 people. He had already admitted to the killings in attacks in Oslo and on Utoya island last year. Breivik has promised not to appeal. Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports from oslo.
