Law enforcement nationwide has a new tool at their fingertips to help detect deception. LeadsOnline, the nation’s largest online investigations system, has teamed up with Statement Analysis expert Mark McClish and Advanced Interviewing Concepts (AIC) to provide law enforcement with an accurate, easy-to-use Statement Analyzer.

Investigators will be able to login to LeadsOnline anytime and enter a suspect’s statement into the Statement Analyzer to learn whether or not the person is being truthful or deceptive based on the statement entered.

“Mark McClish and the Statement Analysis techniques are respected and well known among law enforcement, and we’re excited to put the Statement Analyzer in the hands of more than 30,000 investigators across the country,” said LeadsOnline CEO, Dave Finley.

Mark McClish is the mastermind behind the Statement Analysis science that the Statement Analyzer uses to detect deception. McClish is a retired Deputy United States Marshal who, for nine years, also taught interviewing techniques at the U.S. Marshals Service Training Academy.

“I’ve spent years researching, developing and teaching Statement Analysis techniques, and the Statement Analyzer has been used by law enforcement at all levels,” McClish said. “Adding the Statement Analyzer to LeadsOnline is something that will greatly serve law enforcement and enhance their investigative capabilities.”

LeadsOnline has been serving law enforcement since 2000, and in that time, LeadsOnline has continually developed crime-solving tools that provide leads in criminal cases. More than 30,000 investigators use LeadsOnline to instantly search millions of transactions from secondhand stores, pawn shops and scrap metal recyclers in order to solve Part 1 crimes – everything from burglary and aggravated assault to arson and motor vehicle theft as well as narcotics crimes.
