Gleanster today announced the rollout of two Insight Exchanges, featuring vendor landscapes, white papers, benchmark research, videos, presentations and analyst commentary, for helping marketing decision makers and influencers make smart decisions about business technology. The topic areas are: Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management.
All of the content is available for free. Furthermore, no registration is required to download the numerous vendor-submitted white papers and case studies, all of which are screened for quality.
The announcement comes just weeks before the publication of a new Gleanster benchmark report on Customer Relationship Management. The survey that serves as the basis for the research will remain open until the end of the month. A new benchmark report on Marketing Automation is scheduled to publish in October.
“Until now, the information people have needed to make business technology decisions has been extremely fragmented,” says Jeff Zabin, CEO and Research Director at Gleanster. “Getting your arms around the universe of technology options for enabling any given initiative and then getting up to speed on everything you need to know to ensure successful deployment has generally required an enormous amount of time and effort.”
“Gleanster’s Insight Exchanges are one-stop shops for all your information needs,” says Zabin. “At a glance, you can view all the relevant solutions and their showcases, which are chock full of actionable insights, best practices and strategic guidance. Salesforce.com, Soffront, SugarCRM, Workbooks.com, Zestia, and Zoho.
The Insights Exchange for Marketing Automation also features showcases for more than 40 technology solution providers, including: Act-On Software, ActiveConversion, Aprimo, Beanstalk Data, ClickSquared, Eloqua, Entiera, eTrigue, ExactTarget, Genius, HubSpot, Unica, Infusionsoft, LeadFormix, LeadLife Solutions, LoopFuse, MakesBridge Technology, Manticore Technology, MarketingPilot, Marketo, Neolane, Net-Results, OfficeAutopilot, Optify, Pardot, Pitney Bowes, Right On Interactive, SDL, Silverpop and Treehouse Interactive.
Gleanster benchmarks best practices in technology-enabled business initiatives, delivering actionable insights that allow companies to make smart business decisions and match their needs with vendor solutions. As the first market research firm to "go open," we also aggregate thought leadership in the form of white papers, case studies and research reports from third-party sources, including solution providers — who, for their part, can create and maintain Vendor and Solution Showcases to help further educate the marketplace.
