Syncbak, an internet broadcast platform and mobile TV app, announced today that 15 stations belonging to Hoak Media Corporation in Dallas, Texas, will be carried on the Syncbak mobile platform, bringing the total number of live Syncbak stations piloting the technology to 66. TV (North Platte, NE)
