New NSPS and NESHAP Affect the Oil & Gas Industry
Did you know that EPA recently proposed new air quality regulations that will significantly affect oil and natural gas operations? On July 28, 2011, in response to a lawsuit regarding EPA's failure to review oil and gas new source performance standards and air toxics rules, the EPA Administrator signed a suite of proposed new air regulations affecting the Production and Processing and Transmission and Storage sectors of the oil and natural gas industry.
