Are you thirsty for some football; if so, the Women’s Arena Football League, is ready to quench your thirst. The League kicks off its First Exhibition Game with the Houston Lady Oilers playing on July 21, 2012, at the Reliant Arena in Houston, Texas...Houston, Texas and is comprised of both an American and National league with a 8-on-8 full contact sport. CEO/President Ivan Tompkins says, “We are excited to be bringing another avenue of professional football to the Houston area. We have some amazing women athletes and are thrilled to be providing an avenue for them to showcase their talent.”
