July 12, 2012 Orlando-based Darden Restaurants is acquiring Yard House USA, a 39-restaurant chain, for $585 million, the company said Thursday. The small chain, which offers contemporary American cuisine with a wide range of draft beers, has a heavy concentration of restaurnats in southern California....
