Mikus is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. She is an affiliate with a number of professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She holds a Real Estate Broker’s License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Mikus is known for her ability to work out difficult real estate-related issues in a timely fashion so deals can be closed quickly and businesses can move forward. Throughout her career, Mikus has often been held responsible for assisting clients in acquiring commercial real estate assets that range from multi-tenant shopping malls and apartment communities to industrial centers and office buildings.
